Full Job Description
Northrop Grumman is looking for a skilled and reliable
Manufacturing Technician to join our team in San Diego, CA. This
position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment,
contributing to the production of high-quality aerospace components.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Assemble, test, and inspect aerospace components according to specifications.
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
- Report any quality issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift and carry moderate weights.
